中国已婚妇女生育状况对就业的影响——兼论经济支持和照料支持的调节作用

摘要
文章利用2010年第三期中国妇女社会地位调查数据,基于新家庭经济学理论,实证分析了中国已婚妇女生育状况对就业的影响,同时检验了家庭经济支持的调节作用以及照料支持的调节作用。研究发现:生育二孩、家有婴幼儿、曾因生育中断就业的经历均会对妇女目前的就业状态产生消极影响;但孩子数量对城乡妇女就业影响上有所不同,在就业中断经历的影响上也有显著差异。总的来说,丈夫对家庭经济的支持能力会削弱生育二孩妇女就业的可能性,而家庭照料支持则会减少生育对妇女就业的不利影响。研究从促进妇女就业与生育平衡角度提出了相关政策建议。
