摘要：

在积极心理运动影响下产生的积极组织管理研究近年来发展迅速。积极组织管理主要探索如何激发和运用员工以及组织中的积极力量,以促进员工、组织和社会和谐共赢地健康发展。其中,积极力量包含员工的积极心理个性和心理状态,以及组织的积极特征和氛围。积极组织管理研究目前尚处在起步阶段,其定义、测量、实现机制等有待进一步研究。
