摘要：

<正>感染性疾病是急诊科常见的疾病之一,由感染引起的全身炎症反应综合征是脓毒症最根本的病理生理学改变。由于全身炎症反应的复杂性,至今尚无理想的诊断、分层、预后工具和效果显著的治疗方案。已有不少研究证实,脓毒症早期的病理生理改变是功能性的、可逆的。因此,早期准确地诊断脓毒症并监测是改善预后的决定性因素之一。降钙素原(procalcitonin,PCT)与感染和脓毒症的相关性很好,经过近20年的研究和实践,已经被推荐用于细菌感染性脓毒症的诊断、分层、治疗监测和预后评估。1 PCT简介1.1 PCT主要的生物学效应PCT的生物学效应目前尚无明确的结论,主要
