基于系统药理模式挖掘中药寒热药性的关键靶标和疾病网络

摘要
目的:通过系统药理学的方法挖掘影响中药寒热药性的关键靶标,为进一步研究寒热药性的实质提供新的思路。方法:构建寒热中药成分数据库;通过活性成分筛选及网络打靶构建有效成分-靶点网络;通过网络分析筛选出关键靶点,并以此构建靶点-疾病网络。结果:通过网络分析得到寒性中药网络中有PTGS2、PTGS1和SCN5A关键靶点,热性中药网络中有GABRA1、PTGS2和PTGS1关键靶点;寒性中药对于前列腺癌、乳腺癌等癌症及心血管疾病具有潜在的治疗作用,而热性中药在阿兹海默症、疼痛、认知障碍、焦虑症、帕金森症等精神类疾病方面显示出一定的应用价值。结论:基于系统药理学的研究方法有助于寻找寒热药性的关键靶点和疾病网络,为深入诠释寒热药性的生物学本质提供有益的信息和数据支撑。
