摘要：

目的采用循证护理方案预防气管切开鼻饲患者发生误吸。方法针对9例颅内肿瘤开颅切除术后患者的护理问题,计算机检索防止此类患者发生误吸的最佳实践证据,应用于该组患者并评价效果。结果该组患者在循证护理期间未发生误吸。结论采用循证方法提出的护理方案能有效防止气管切开并鼻饲患者发生误吸。
