无边界企业的构成要素与成长路径研究

摘要
随着无边界管理时代的来临,研究重点从基于无边界管理的变革转向基于无边界管理的运营,如何在无边界管理模式下实现成长将是普遍关注而亟待解决的问题。资源单位、企业内核是企业在无边界管理模式下的两类主要构件,前者承担具体运营事务但不受管理者管控,后者恰好相反。由此,本文提出企业内核作用于资源单位进而实现企业成长的作用传导机制,并通过对比分析和回归分析信息技术行业的配对企业样本数据证实:企业内核在能力、权力维度的增大均带来内部资源单位规模变小、外部资源单位规模变大,在权力维度的增大还能带来内部资源单位相互关联的减弱,这些变化均有利于企业规模扩大;企业内核在效率维度的减小造成外部资源单位规模变小、相互关联减弱,进而促进企业盈利增加。据此,本文认为基于无边界管理运营的本质在于企业内核发展的无边界,企业内核是企业在实体层面有边界和虚拟层面无边界的前提和保证,并基于企业内核、资源单位视角对企业成长计划制定、实施等问题提出建议。
