<正> 少突胶质细胞是中枢神经系统(central nervous system,CNS)的髓鞘形成细胞,它们能易化神经传导,对神经功能有支持作用。与神经元类似,少突胶质细胞对于损伤,如缺血、缺氧和营养物质的缺乏等也高度敏感,导致髓鞘的脱失和变性。碱性—螺旋—环—螺旋(basic helix-loop-helix,bHLH)转录因子Olig1和Olig2主要表达于少突胶质细胞及其前体细胞,并在少突胶质细胞的产生和分化中发挥了很重要的作
