国外绿色投资基金的发展现状及其对中国的启示

摘要：

绿色投资基金是一种重要的融资手段。上世纪90年代以来,绿色投资基金在国外得到了巨大发展,取得了良好的社会生态效益。本文通过系统梳理国内外绿色投资基金的研究成果,整合相关数据,探讨绿色投资基金的发展现状、基本特征和投资策略。结果表明,由于市场发育程度不同,绿色投资基金在各国处于不同的发展阶段;作为社会责任投资的一部分,绿色投资基金通常采用筛选、股东活动和社区投资三种策略进行组合投资;取得的无形收益体现了绿色投资基金作为社会责任投资的本质属性。同时分析表明,绿色投资基金在我国发展滞缓,完善绿色投资绩效评价体系,引导企业和非政府组织进行生态责任投资,将推动我国绿色投资基金的发展。
