<正>一、老年人认知功能障碍的概述认知是大脑接收处理外界信息从而能动地认识世界的过程[1]。认知功能涉及记忆、注意、语言、执行、推理、计算和定向力等多种区域。认知障碍指上述区域中的一项或多项功能受损, 它可以不同程度影响患者的社会功能和生活质量, 严重时甚至导致患者死亡。到本世纪中叶, 我国老年人口将超过4亿, 约占全国总人口的30%, 因此老年人认知功能障碍的患者也会增多。认知功能障碍不仅是单纯的医学
