摘要：

本文采用"中国健康与营养调查"追踪调查数据,实证分析我国成年人肥胖的传染性问题。在控制了个体及社区层面影响BMI值的因素后,本文利用多种估计方法,发现社区其他人的平均BMI值对个体BMI值存在显著的正向影响,即肥胖具有传染性。利用两阶段最小二乘法控制了核心解释变量的内生性后,计量结果依然稳健。本文进一步利用分位数回归分析,发现胖人的BMI值更容易受周围人BMI值的影响。最后本文对肥胖传染性的社会网络机制进行了研究。
