网络嵌入对员工心理契约违背的影响——基于社会网络的视角

摘要
心理契约违背是组织管理中的热点问题,它会对组织绩效和个人绩效产生显著负向作用。文章以长三角地区部分服务类企业的234名员工为样本,应用社会网络和多元回归统计分析方法,研究社会网络嵌入对员工心理契约违背的影响。实证结果表明,网络强度与位势对心理契约违背有显著负向作用,而网络规模与网络距对心理契约违背没有显著作用。
