构建中国管理学理论自信之路——从个体、团队到学术社区的跨层次对话过程理论

摘要：

本文选择6个国际管理学界公认的、合法有效的理论体系为案例,其中4个理论的提出者为西方学者,2个是华人学者。基于组织学习理论和制度对话理论,采用多案例研究设计探究管理学理论构建的社会化活动过程及其内在机制。研究表明,理论体系形成是一个由个体学者思索开始,到学术团体整合,再到学术社区辩证的动态、跨层次对话过程。学者通过唤醒性修辞,引起他人对新理论的共鸣,推动学术社区对新理论的检验和修正,最终成为合法有效的理论体系。构建中国管理学理论自信之路,不仅要求学者个体善于理论创新,而且要求学者群体以及整个学术社区建立对话平台,对理论进行不断地讨论、检验和完善,从而从中涌现出一些或一批合法有效的中国管理理论。
