多重制度压力与企业合法性倾向选择:一个理论模型

摘要：

在文献研究的基础上,构建了一个多重制度压力下企业合法性倾向选择模型。针对某种特定的制度压力,只有当企业本身对该种制度压力具有抵制动机、且具有相应的抵制能力的情形下,企业才能选择抵制程度较高的合法性倾向,而在其他情形下,企业将主动或者被动地选择顺从程度较高的合法性倾向。
