<正>骨质疏松症是中老年人常见病,具有"三高一低"的特点,即高发病率、高致残率、高医疗费和低生活质量。疼痛脊柱变形和发生脆性骨折是骨质疏松症最典型的临床表现。唑来膦酸(密固达)是一种治疗骨质疏松症的创新药物,我科已连续使用3年,现报道如下。1基本资料1.1对象纳入标准:(1)符合世界卫生组织(WHO)推荐的诊断标准,基于双能X线的骨密度(bone mineral densityBMD)检测结果 ,双能X线吸收测定法测
