组织中情绪耗竭问题研究

情绪耗竭是个体过度使用心理与情绪资源后所产生的疲劳状态,不仅影响个体的工作生活质量,也对组织效能具有重要的影响。已有文献研究了员工情绪耗竭与领导情绪耗竭,将情绪耗竭作为工作倦怠的核心维度进行综述,但缺乏将情绪耗竭作为独立概念的研究回顾,尤其缺乏综合不同情绪耗竭主体的研究综述。本文梳理了不同主体情绪耗竭的研究成果,希冀全面探讨员工情绪耗竭与领导情绪耗竭的前因、结果、过程及异同,以完善现有的研究框架。研究发现,不管是组织投入、社会支持,还是正向的领导风格,均存在过犹不及效应,只有在适度的情况下方可有效缓解员工情绪耗竭。
