空气支气管征在CT诊断周围型小肺癌中的价值

摘要：

我们复习了经手术病理证实的周围肺小结节(直径<3cm)50例的CT影像。CT像显示结节内有空气支气管征14例,病理证实均在中、高度分化呈伏壁式生长的腺癌实质中。鳞癌、大细胞癌及肺良性小结节的CT像及病理切片上均未见此征象。CT-病理对照提示空气支气管征是CT诊断周围型小腺癌一个非常重要的影像征象。
