摘要：

膝关节疼痛是TKA术后最常见的并发症[1]。这种疼痛症状绝大多数是手术相关或技术失误造成的,通常需要外科干预。对疼痛原因的准确判断,对于正确估计手术预后、作出恰当处理十分关键。本文总结文献,对TKA术后关节疼痛的诊断方法作一综述。
