摘要
结合第32届国际雷电防护会议(ICLP2014)与近年雷电物理领域的研究动态,对雷电物理与现象、雷电定位与观测技术、雷电活动与特性、雷电电磁效应与暂态过程、多领域(电力系统、运输系统、新能源、电子通讯设备等)雷电防护等方面的研究前沿进展进行了总结与分析。主要结论为:1)雷电观测技术依然发展迅速,其广泛应用获取了大量雷电活动规律与特性参数,并初步揭示了雷电发展中的高能物理过程;上行雷现象得到越来越多关注,超特高压输电线路雷击风险与上行先导密切相关。2)对雷电过程中若干基本物理现象的解释仍未形成共识,风力发电等新领域的雷电防护问题仍处于起步阶段。3)观测技术的探测灵敏度、准确性、时空分辨率需进一步提高,以获取更为精细的雷电过程参数;雷电起始、先导梯级发展、上行先导的机理与模型仍有待深入研究;新能源、智能电网等新领域的雷电防护问题可能成为新的热点。
