摘要：

缺血性脑卒中(CI)是常见的老年性疾病,其具有高病死率、高复发率、高致残率以及多并发症等特点,严重影响人类生活质量和生命;患者一旦发生CI,其复发危险非常高。故CI的二级预防很重要,目前主要采用多种药物通过不同途径预防CI再发,使更多的CI患者得益。
