摘要：

形式主义被视为各行各业发展的羁绊，近年来对于中小学教育中各种形式主义的讨论屡见报端。在我国，许多学者和教育工作者指出形式主义不仅消耗教师的时间和精力，还对正常的教学活动造成了干扰。过去三十年中，国外学者对形式主义进行了大量的理论与实证研究。这些研究覆盖了形式主义的定义、表现形态、测量工具、形成原因、潜在影响以及可能的解决方案等多个方面。本研究尝试对这些研究成果进行梳理与评述，以深入了解和分析我国中小学教育中形式主义的产生、发展及其解决路径。
