<正>动脉粥样硬化(atherosclerosis,As)疾病在心血管疾病中属常见病。与大部分心血管病一样,As的发生发展与心血管系统自我保护功能丧失有关,而心血管系统的自身保护功能主要体现在其抗氧化应激的能力上。其中Keapl/Nrf 2是细胞内抵抗氧化应激和保持氧化还原平衡的最重要信号通道[1],他存在一定争议。一、核因子相关因子-2的生物特性核因子相关因子-2(Nrf 2)是一种多功能转录因子,它是Moi等[2]1994年在克隆实验发现的一种新蛋白,因为与核因
