本文对血管性认知障碍(VCI)的概念、分类、流行病学、危险因素,诊断,检测工具,预防和治疗的研究进展进行综述。以加强对血管性认知障碍的认识,务求做到早诊断、早预防,早治疗,阻断或延迟VCI向VD发展。
