A型肉毒毒素注射治疗卒中后上肢疼痛1例报道

摘要：

目的观察A型肉毒毒素(BTX-A)注射治疗卒中后上肢疼痛的疗效。方法报道1例卒中后上肢疼痛患者的症状和体征,BTX-A注射的部位和剂量及预后。结果 BTX-A注射后患者上肢疼痛明显减轻,注射后4周时疼痛完全消失。结论 BTX-A注射对卒中后上肢疼痛有明显的治疗作用。
