摘要：

1型糖尿病和自身免疫甲状腺疾病有着较强的共患性,两者共存会加重心血管疾病的发生发展。因此,早期识别和治疗共存的两种疾病对于血糖控制、减少心血管疾病危险因素、改善生活质量非常必要。文章就1型糖尿病和自身免疫甲状腺疾病的共患率、共同发病机制及临床筛查做一介绍。
