玉米遗传转化的研究进展

摘要
自从 198 8年首次获得玉米转基因完整植株以来 ,玉米遗传转化技术的研究取得了许多重要进展 ,抗虫、抗除草剂的转基因玉米业已率先应用于玉米的商品化生产。作者对近年来玉米遗传转化技术所取得的重要进展及其在玉米品种改良中的应用前景进行了论述。
