摘要：

吞咽困难是卒中后的常见症状,也是卒中预后不良的独立危险因素。卒中后吞咽困难(DAS)的早期发现和治疗是急性卒中治疗的一个重要环节。本文对卒中后吞咽困难的评估和治疗方法作一综述。
