液相色谱-高分辨质谱在兽药残留分析中的应用进展

摘要
液相色谱-高分辨质谱(LC-HRMS)技术在兽药残留分析领域的研究已经显示出巨大的发展潜力。本文阐述了LC-HRMS技术的特点,并总结了近几年来LC-HRMS在兽药多残留筛选分析中的应用实例,展望了LC-HRMS技术的发展前景。应用高分辨质谱的全扫描和精确质量测定功能,结合超高效液相色谱技术,优化样品前处理方法,可以实现100多种兽药残留的同时检测。与四极杆质谱相比,高分辨质谱的参数设定简单,并适用于非定向和未知化合物的筛选,需要增加目标化合物时,不必再次处理样品和进样,重新分析已有的全扫描数据即可。UHPLC-HRMS作为最有潜力的分析技术,仍有很大的发展空间,TOF的分辨率和Orbitrap的扫描速度有待提高,简便易用的数据处理软件也需要完善。
