<正>1抗栓药物分类抗栓治疗是要阻断血栓的形成,而血栓形成有3个要素,即血小板活化、凝血因子激活、纤维蛋白形成。凝血酶和血小板的作用是血栓形成中的两个主要环节。抗栓治疗主要是针对这两个环节,分别称为抗凝治疗和抗血小板治疗,所对应的治疗药物即抗凝药物、抗血小板药物两大类。2抗栓药物作用机制
