摘要：

<正>随着治疗理念的改变、手术技术的进步与假体材料的发展,越来越多的医师采用膝关节外侧单髁置换术治疗膝关节外侧间室骨性关节炎,大量的临床研究证明膝关节外侧单髁置换术具有创伤小、恢复快、能保留更多的骨量及并发症少等优点,笔者就膝关节外侧单髁置换术的研究进展作一综述,报道如下。
