膝关节骨性关节炎的物理治疗进展

摘要：

膝关节骨性关节炎(KOA)是老年人最常见的关节疾病, 严重影响患者的运动功能和生活质量, 其物理治疗方法主要包括运动治疗和物理因子治疗。物理治疗是康复医学科常见的一种康复治疗手段, 而目前国内外对其在膝关节骨性关节炎中的应用尚存一定的争议。本文通过查阅国内外最新文献结合各大骨关节炎诊疗指南, 系统综述了KOA的最新物理治疗方法。结果发现运动治疗对KOA有较好的治疗作用, 然而仍缺乏有关运动处方的研究;脉冲电磁场、干扰电疗法、高频电疗以及低强度脉冲超声是作用较为肯定且可以用于KOA治疗的物理因子, 而其它物理因子的治疗作用尚有待于进一步探索。
