摘要：

目的:介绍美国抗凝治疗管理模式-抗凝门诊的状况以及抗凝门诊中药师的角色,为我国的抗凝治疗提供参考。方法:通过文献检索了解抗凝门诊的效果、工作模式,及药师在其中扮演的角色与药师处方权。结果和结论:药师管理的抗凝门诊是有效的,这一模式值得我国借鉴。
