子宫动脉栓塞联合清宫术治疗子宫瘢痕部位妊娠临床研究

摘要：

目的探讨单纯子宫动脉栓塞联合清宫术治疗剖宫产瘢痕部位妊娠的价值。方法回顾性分析我院2014-01～2015-08确诊的60例子宫瘢痕部位妊娠患者的临床资料,根据治疗方法不同分为两组:子宫动脉栓塞组(子宫动脉栓塞联合清宫术)和甲氨蝶呤组(妊娠囊注射甲氨蝶呤联合清宫术)。结果子宫动脉栓塞组患者的术中出血量、住院时间、血HCG降至正常的时间明显小于甲氨蝶呤组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组间的不良反应发生率差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论子宫动脉栓塞联合清宫术是一种安全、有效的治疗子宫瘢痕部位妊娠的方法,能预防大出血和减少不必要的子宫切除。
