摘要：

软组织生理功能障碍或发生病理性改变会严重影响日常生活,其伤残将直接影响患者的生存质量。如何判断患者损伤的程度、评估治疗的效果、比较不同治疗方法的优劣等问题,长期困扰着外科医生。随着循证医学的深入,外科医生越来越重视临床数据的采集和分析研究。而功能评分是一种方便有效的采集临床数据的方法,近几年来各种软组织损伤的评分体系被不断完善、改进和升级。
