<正>各种诊疗方案的应用需要有明确的证据支持其能使患者获得较大利益,并且在资源利用中具备社会效益,这使对疾病危险性的评估越来越重要。在心血管病学中,危险性评估对患者整体管理的决策有重要意义,因此,评估心血管疾病危险性的核心脏病学在心血管疾病患者管理策略的制订中起关键作用。一、MPI危险性分层的循证依据MPI合理应用是基于检查后所获得的心脏生理学方面的信息是否具有较大的增益价值。对于预测试(如Flamngham
