<正>中枢性疼痛(central pain,CP)是指中枢神经系统的损伤或功能障碍引起的疼痛,属于神经病理性疼痛。国际疼痛协会特别强调其原因是中枢神经系统内的原发过程,其最常见的病因是脊髓损伤(spinal cord injury,SCI)。据报道SCI后CP的发生率为34%～94%。由于疼痛顽固难以治疗,
