摘要
<正> 特异性免疫应答主要包括抗原递呈、免疫细胞相互作用、免疫效应三个阶段,是一个由多种免疫细胞和分子(膜分子和可溶性因子)参与并受到严格调控及制约的复杂生理过程。“共刺激信号(costimula-tory signals)及共刺激分子(costimulatory molecules)”是1970年由Brestcher和Cohn在T细胞激活双信号学说的基础上首先提出并证实的。近年研究显示,共刺激分子及其调节网络在特异性免疫应答过程中起着极其重要的作用。随着新的共刺激分子成员不断
