<正>1引言自从1969年由Wheeless报道了首例单孔腹腔镜输卵管结扎术以来,单孔腹腔镜手术(laparoendoscopicsingle-site surgery,LESS)已经走过了41个春秋。目前临床上开展的LESS主要是经脐单孔腹腔镜手术(umbilical single-port access(SPA)laparoscopicsurgery,U-LESS)和自然腔道内镜手术(natural oriricetransluminal endoscopic surgery,NOTES),在泌尿
