花色苷代谢的研究进展

摘要
花色苷是植物性膳食中广泛分布的多酚类色素,具有抗氧化、抗炎、调节血脂以及改善胰岛素抵抗等多种生物活性,已经成为植物化学物研究的一个热点。本文综述了近些年国内外有关花色苷吸收与代谢方面的研究进展,包括其吸收部位、吸收形式和吸收机制,以及在体内各器官的转运转化和排泄等。
