<正>1前言肝硬化是各种慢性肝病进展至以肝脏弥漫性纤维化、假小叶形成、肝内外血管增殖为特征的病理阶段,代偿期无明显临床症状,失代偿期以门静脉高压和肝功能严重损伤为特征,患者常因并发腹水、消化道出血、脓毒症、肝性脑病、肝肾综合征和癌变等导致多脏器功能衰竭而死亡。美国肝病学会(American Association for the Study of Liver
