摘要
神经病理性疼痛是指由躯体感觉神经系统的损伤或疾病而造成的疼痛。目前对神经病理性疼痛的病理生理学改变及其机制的了解尚不深入,对患者存在的疼痛症状也缺乏客观的评价指标和特异的治疗方法。近年来,功能磁共振成像技术在神经病理性疼痛的中枢定位、脑区联系等作用机制的研究取得了一定的进展。本文通过对fMRI在神经病理性疼痛机制中的研究进行综述,以探讨fMRI在神经病性疼痛研究方面的作用及对未来治疗的指导意义。
