摘要
研究证实许多疾病的发生机制涉及到自由基的氧化损伤,自由基清除剂在清除机体自由基保护机体免受氧化损伤中起重要作用,因此,近年来对自由基清除剂的研究备受关注。自由基是心肌缺血再灌注损伤的重要因子,而自由基清除剂在心肌保护方面具有重要作用,本文对自由基清除剂在心肌保护作用的应用进展作一综述。
