摘要：

<正>膝骨关节炎（knee osteoarthritis,KOA）是机械性和生物性因素相互作用的结果,是一种以关节软骨细胞、细胞外基质和软骨下骨合成与降解失平衡、关节滑膜反应、骨赘形成等病理变化为特征的慢性疾病。近年来关于KOA动物模型制作的研究较多,也取得了一定进展[1]。本研究对近5年采用不同动物制作KOA动物模型的基础研究进行综述,旨在为今后KOA造模提供参考和实验依据。
