机构投资者持股会影响家族上市公司价值吗

本文以2004—2008年中国沪深A股市场的家族上市公司为样本,对机构投资者持股是否会影响家族上市公司的价值进行了实证研究。研究结果发现:(1)机构投资者持股会影响家族上市公司价值,且机构投资者持股比例与家族上市公司价值增长之间呈正向关系;(2)对成长性不同的家族上市公司,机构投资者持股带来的价值增长程度不同。机构投资者持股对低成长性家族上市公司的价值影响不显著,对高成长性家族上市公司的价值影响显著。
