地方政府网络治理形成影响因素研究

摘要：

本文在实地调研的基础上,结合相关理论研究,采用文献分析、扎根理论等质性研究方法识别了影响网络治理形成的三个因素,包括政府主体、公共服务、社会环境,探讨了不同因素对网络治理形成的影响,形成概念模型并提出假设。据此对地方政府相关部门进行问卷调查,运用SEM统计方法来验证假设,从而探讨网络形成的影响因素及路径,尝试为地方政府在网络治理形成前期更好地发挥作用提出具体建议。
