药物洗脱支架植入后冠状动脉支架内再狭窄的相关因素分析以及相应防治措施

摘要
目的对冠状动脉支架植入术(PCI)后行冠脉造影复查的患者进行回顾性分析,探讨导致支架内再狭窄(ISR)的相关因素。方法收集接受PCI并进行冠脉造影复查的冠心病患者50例(包括再发心绞痛),将其分为ISR组4例及非ISR组46例,分析可能导致ISR的可能性因素。结果通过对可能与ISR相关的因素进行多因素Logistic回归分析显示,ISR的危险因素包括吸烟、高血压、2型糖尿病、脂蛋白a、血尿酸、纤维蛋白原及病变参照直径<3mm、靶病变长度、靶血管植入支架>1枚。结论吸烟、高血压、2型糖尿病、脂蛋白a、血尿酸、纤维蛋白原及病变参照直径、靶病变长度、靶血管植入支架>1枚可以独立预测ISR发生的危险因素。
