摘要：

基于动态能力理论和制度理论,以大数据能力作为独特视角探讨大数据应用情境下高管支持对商业模式创新的影响机制,进一步检验了制度压力在高管信念与高管参与以及高管参与与大数据能力关系中的调节作用.基于对广东省境内具有大数据技术或服务应用经验的企业高管的问卷调查,实证分析发现:高管信念能够显著促进高管参与进而积极推动商业模式创新;大数据应用能力在高管参与与商业模式创新关系中发挥了部分中介作用;制度压力在高管信念和高管参与的关系中具有显著的正向调节作用,而在高管参与和资源获取能力关系中起显著的负向调节作用.
