摘要：

对现有国内外创业失败研究进行了回顾,在创业失败的传统领域,研究主题包括创业失败的概念界定、发生特征、产生原因;在创业失败的新兴领域,研究主题包括创业失败的情绪管理、失败学习、后续创业。指出已有创业失败的传统研究还存在分歧,其新兴议题则处于非常初步的阶段,理论和实证研究都非常少。在此基础上,分析了创业失败领域的未来研究机会。
