重复经颅磁刺激治疗血管性认知损害

摘要
血管性认知损害(vascular cognitive impairment, VCI)的发病率逐年升高, 对其进行早期干预和治疗可有效减少血管性痴呆的发生。重复经颅磁刺激(repetitive transcranial magnetic stimulation, rTMS)的应用为VCI的治疗打开了一扇新窗。文章对rTMS治疗VCI的疗效、生物学机制及安全性进行了综述。
