植物内生和根际细菌中的一部分可通过多种方式促进植物生长,是植物促生细菌的主要成员,由于它们在植物生长过程中的重要作用而备受人们关注.以非培养(culture-independent)方法对植物内生和根际细菌进行研究已成为植物促生细菌研究领域中的一个重要发展趋势.文中评述了非培养方法的优势特点,在植物内生和根际细菌研究中的主要应用,及研究过程中应注意的主要问题.
