转换型领导、组织情绪能力与企业创新案例研究——以某大型汽车行业企业为例

摘要
在当前我国创新驱动发展战略大背景下,从组织情绪能力角度探讨领导方式对企业创新的影响,具有重要理论和实践意义。以国内某大型汽车行业企业为案例,以扎根理论为主导工具,通过实践总结出转换型领导方式以组织情绪能力为中介,对企业创新行为和创新人才培养具有正向作用。拓展了组织情绪能力与企业创新之间的关系研究,同时为中国企业从组织行为学角度提高创新能力提供参考借鉴。
